72QR is an AI-powered styled QR code generator that allows users to create, customize, and share QR codes with artistic designs.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address to receive verification codes for login.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Generate QR codes linking to malicious, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or paid features
• Reverse engineer or extract the AI models

5. QR Art Generations and Payments

• Free tier: 5 share URL QR codes per day
• Pro: a monthly subscription for 1000 QR Art generations per rolling 30 days, with no daily limit
• Generation Packs: one-time purchase of 50 QR Art generations; QR Art generations from a pack never expire
• Promotional codes add generations to the same balance
• Direct encoding — putting your data straight into the QR image instead of behind a share URL — needs Pro or generations on your balance

6. Intellectual Property

The QR codes you generate are yours. The underlying AI models, service infrastructure, and website code remain the property of 72QR.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

72QR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
