All purchases on 72QR are non-refundable.

Generation Packs

The QR Art generations a pack sells are immediately available upon purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Generations reach your balance the moment the purchase completes
• A generation is consumed as soon as its request starts, even if that generation later errors — there is no refund path for it
• Promotional codes grant generations on the same terms: no cash value, no exchange, no refund
• The free tier lets you try the service before purchasing

Pro Subscriptions

Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly through Stripe. It renews until you cancel from the customer portal — the Manage subscription control in the Usage view.

• Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you have already been billed for
• Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for
• We do not issue partial or prorated refunds, and generations left on your balance carry no cash value
